I’m not a “eat these healthy desserts they taste like cupcakes {when really they taste like cardboard}” type of girl. I don’t mess around with sweets! Sometimes you just want a cookie! But personally I know that since I started clean eating it just doesn’t agree with me anymore! Insert >>> Shakeology No Bake Cookies!

I LOVE making these 6 ingredient Shakeology no bake cookies to keep my sweet tooth satisfied! OH MY GOSH they are SO good! Shakeology is a tasty way to get a lot of nutritional benefits without having to eat 3,000 vegetables.

A few swift mixes and BAM, no bake chocolate Shakeology peanut butter cookies. I’m not claiming it’s the healthiest of chocolate snacks, but it sure beats eating raw cookie dough with a spoon watching Netflix. 😉

Shakeology No Bake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup natural creamy PB
3/4 cup organic honey
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops chocolate Shakeology

1.) Melt PB, honey, and coconut oil in a pan over medium heat
2.) Remove from heat when melted and add vanilla, shakeo, and oats
3.) Stir and drop scoops on a pan with parchment paper
4.) Place in fridge to harden {approx 10 mins}
5.) ENJOY {I store in fridge}… by store I mean just make more because I practically eat the entire batch in one sitting …

Optional: Roll in crushed nuts, oatmeal mixed with a little cinnamon, whole-grain graham cracker crumbs, or unsweetened coconut flakes.

Serving Size: 24 small-snack sized balls (think energy bites) OR 12 large sized cookies

21 day Fix Container Count:
1 cookie = 1 yellow container treat (that’s how I count them, but some count 2 cookies as 1 yellow – I like to be on the conservative side though and it depends how big you make them)
