Berry Reduction Oatmeal

I LOVE oatmeal but I love it even more when it reminds me of a warm berry pie straight out of the oven! 🙂 This is what that recipe is for me…and is 21 Day Fix approved!


Cook steel cut oats with cinnamon. For the topping, heat 1 cup blueberries and 1 cup of raspberries, 1 Tbs lemon juice, and 1 tsp coconut oil until berries are reduced. Pour over oatmeal and enjoy!!

21 Day Fix Container Equivalents:
1 yellow (1/2 cup) – oats
1/2 purple – berries
1 tsp – coconut oil
freebie – cinnamon
