They are not super pretty but sometimes you need to just make some cookie dough bites (no worries – they’re made out of my fave superfoods!) in a hurry and squash that sugar craving!
They’re so easy to make!
3 scoops/packets Vanilla Shakeology (I guess really you could use any flavor of Shakeology here but I wanted my Cookie Dough Bites to really taste like cookie dough so vanilla it was!)
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew – you choose)
1/2 cup raw organic honey
1/2 cup raw organic shredded coconut OR 1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips (For the healthiest option, I go with organic chocolate chips with at least 70% cacao content)
Mix ingredients together and place bowl in refrigerator for a few minutes to make shaping the bites easier.
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls. (Tip: Make an OK sign with your hand and roll the cold mixture evenly into bites about the size of the opening between your index finger touching your thumb.)
Place bites in the refrigerator and enjoy when cold!
