He has created this new, sure to be a hit program, called Transform 20, coming to Beachbody On Demand with VIP Early Access in January 2019!
What will Transform 20 do for you?
Transform :20 will scorch fat, help flatten your stomach, and get you stronger and leaner, 6 days a week for 6 weeks. You’ll work legs, upper body, glutes, and core, using only your body weight. To get your mind right and keep you motivated, Shaun T is also creating weekly videos for your rest day to help you sharpen your focus, visualize your goals, and push you to finish strong.
Do I need equipment?
For the first time ever on Beachbody On Demand, Shaun T is using a stepper. With the stepper, you will constantly be elevating your body upward which will help to optimize results! However, the stepper is not required. There will be a modifier that will not use the stepper, but will achieve the same amazing results!
Even though you are using a stepper, don’t mistake this for step aerobics. You will challenge your total body in more ways that you could ever imagine. That’s why Transform: 20 will transform EVERYTHING in just 20 minutes.
